Gentle Yoga is as it sounds, a more gentle class, where students are guided at a slower pace through a sequence of mildly challenging postures and alignments while still enjoying the benefits of yoga such as lowered blood pressure and heart rate, loosening up of joints, and a relaxed state of mind. Gentle Yoga will help to keep your endocrine system in check and even boosts the immune system. Some gentle breathing techniques and a relaxation/meditation session are also included in these classes. (Suitable for all levels) Click here for schedule.
Our Flow class has proved extremely popular because of its more energetic, faster pace similar to a workout. Expect to push yourself to the limits as you flow through sequences, hold strength building poses, and of course come out feeling refreshed and renewed after final relaxation. Irish for unity, “Aontacht” Yoga is a donation based class which combines gentle and flow together, creating a wholesome effect on the body and mind. We work with breath to engage present moment, and through stillness find peace. (Suitable for all levels). Click here for schedule.

Yoga for Students/Teens
A class created specially for local school-going students. These classes will be a mix of gentle relaxing classes using mindfulness to create awareness of the peace and power of the present moment which everyone can connect to at any time and energetic sequences used to empower students with belief in themselves and in what they can achieve. This class makes the benefits of yoga available to everyone. Conducted in a chair for the entire class, we will go through breathing exercises, stretches and finish with a relaxing meditation. Not only for the less able, chair yoga shows students how to achieve relaxation and create clarity of mind from the comfort of their own chair – perfect for class or during exams!
